个人简介

连正兴,男,动物遗传育种系教授,硕士/博士生导师,教育部新世纪优秀人才, 畜禽遗传改良北京市重点实验室,主任。

科研项目:

主要科研工作:

       主持了国家转基因生物新品种培育重大课题:抗病转基因羊新品种培育课题,利用转基因技术,瞄准人畜共患的布鲁氏杆菌(诱发布氏杆菌病,布病),通过过表达先天免疫分子TLR4基因,提高转基因羊对布氏杆菌的探测能力,进而防止布氏杆菌的免疫逃逸,无论在布病爆发疫区还是活体攻毒,转基因羊均表现出明显的抗布病能力,为牧民的身心健康和畜产品的安全性均提供了全新解决方案。在此基础上,通过CRISPR/CAS9基因编辑技术,在国际上率先获得了MSTN和FGF5基因编辑绵羊,掌握了国际前沿技术。利用自主开发的规模化鸡外周血单核/巨噬细胞吞噬能力检测试剂盒,双向、多代选择高低吞噬积群体,低吞噬积群体的产蛋率明显优于高吞噬积群体,为提高蛋鸡产蛋率提供了新型细胞学标记。


目前在研项目:

2.   国家自然科学基金面上项目,LIN28A/B对鸡胚胎干细胞多能性维持与增殖分子机理研究、31572389、2016/01-2019/12、主持。
