职责描述: Deliverables for the position: * To drive business growth in Animal Nutrition within territory * Accomplishment of Financial Targets within territory * Prepare and update annual & 3-5 year business plan within territory Objectives: * Identify key market/customer segments and accounts for driving growth * Build deeper business relationship with key accounts in order to create a strong mindshare for DAN, in Animal Nutrition markets * Provide direction to channel partners to reach milestones and accelerate progress in customer buying cycle * Design and execute marketing events for key accounts with key distributors * Understand market trends/key customer needs to identify new opportunities & initiate development projects * Build up Opportunity pipeline with new products, new applications and new market segments * Proactively update competition landscape and Market intelligence * Provide first level technical service support to Key accounts and customers, including training to distributors sales team and on-site technical service 任职要求: * Bachelor degree in animal nutrition or animal science, or related fields with a Business Management education in agriculture business. * 10+ years of total work experience in Sales/Business Development roles with some experience in sales of Animal Nutrition products (enzymes, feed additives such as vitamins, minerals and acidifiers, etc.). 3 years and more working experiences in foreign companies in enzymes and feed additives business is preferred. * Ability to build strong customer relationships in Animal Nutrition market * Ability to transform concepts into sustainable business growth * Ability to convert market trends/customer needs into knowledge & opportunities * Knowledge on product formulations and manufacturing of Animal Nutrition products * Experiences in Managing Channel partners * Ability to interact at multiple levels in customer organizations, including Owners & Senior Management and Operational level. * Capabilities in organizing customer event- study tour, seminar or innovation interactions. * Open minded. Ability to perform a wide variety of tasks and change focus as demands change; Aptitude for conflict management * Self-motivated - Initiates appropriate actions and follows through without prompting or close supervision. * Good English communication – written, oral and presentation skills * Willingness to travel more than 50% of working time.
